Admission & Student Visa Process with Rozario Enterprises
At Rozario Enterprises, we guide aspiring international students through every step of their journey to study in Australia. From initial consultation to visa approval, our experienced education consultants ensure a smooth and stress-free process tailored to your individual goals.
We begin by assessing your educational background and career aspirations. Once you're registered with us and submit the necessary documents (excluding your English test score), we assist in securing a Conditional Offer Letter from a reputable Australian education provider. If you already have an English language score, we can proceed directly to request an Unconditional Offer Letter.
Offer Letter Timeline
The assessment period typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the institution.
Additional documents may be requested during this time to complete your application.
Once your offer letter is issued, we assist you in preparing documents for the Streamlined Visa Processing (SVP), including financial proof, academic records, and payment of the first semester tuition (or one full year, depending on the institution's requirements).
When all requirements are met, the education provider issues an Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE)—a mandatory document for student visa lodgement.
We then submit your Student Visa (Subclass 500) application to the Department of Home Affairs, Australia. We recommend applying at least 12 weeks before your course orientation to avoid delays.
Once your visa is granted, you’re all set to begin your academic journey in Australia!
