Offer Letter Timeline
The sponsorship and nomination assessment period typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the visa subclass and the employer’s compliance status.
During this stage, additional documents may be requested from either the employer or the applicant to complete the nomination or visa requirements.
Once the employer sponsorship and nomination are approved, we assist you in preparing all required visa documentation, including skills evidence, work experience records, English language results, and health and character documents.
When all requirements are met, we lodge your Employer Sponsored Visa application under the relevant subclass (482, 186, or 494) with the Department of Home Affairs, Australia.
We recommend submitting the visa application as soon as the nomination is approved to avoid delays or expiry issues.
Once your visa is granted, you can live and work in Australia with your sponsoring employer, confidently beginning the next phase of your professional journey.
