Partner Visa

Partner Visa

The Partner Visa is designed for individuals who are in a genuine relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. This visa pathway enables partners and spouses to live, work, and eventually settle in Australia with their loved ones.

Rozario Enterprises, a trusted name in Australian immigration services, provides comprehensive assistance with Partner Visa applications, including eligibility assessment, document preparation, and ongoing support throughout the visa process.

There are two main types of Partner Visas:

  • Partner (Provisional and Migrant Visa) (Subclass 309/100): This is for married or de facto partners applying from outside Australia. It’s a two-stage process, with the provisional (309) visa leading to permanent residency (100).

  • Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300): Designed for individuals intending to marry their Australian partner. This temporary visa allows the applicant to enter Australia, marry within the visa’s validity, and then apply for a Partner Visa.

To qualify for a Partner Visa, applicants must provide substantial evidence of their relationship and meet health and character requirements. The Australian partner must also act as the sponsor for the visa.

This visa is ideal for couples who wish to build a future together in Australia, whether they are married, engaged, or in a committed de facto relationship.

Partner Visa Program – A Pathway to Join Your Loved One in Australia

The Partner Visa program allows individuals in a genuine relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live together in Australia. It offers both temporary and permanent residency options, depending on the relationship’s nature and duration.

    General Requirements
Applicants must have a committed, genuine, and continuing relationship with an eligible sponsor, supported by strong evidence such as joint finances, shared living arrangements, travel history, photos, and statements from family and friends. De facto partners generally need 12 months of living together unless exceptional circumstances apply.

    Visa Options

    • Subclass 309/100 – For applicants outside Australia (temporary to permanent).

    • Subclass 820/801 – For applicants in Australia (temporary to permanent).

    • Subclass 300 – For engaged applicants planning to marry in Australia before applying for a Partner Visa.

    Other Requirements
Applicants must meet health and character standards but are not required to take an English test. The Department of Home Affairs assesses emotional, social, financial, and household aspects to verify the relationship’s authenticity.
